Sinopsis:
Selama perang antara Wei dan Shu, Shu mengalahkan Wei menggunakan busur yang mereka buat. Untuk mendapatkan senjata yang kuat ini, Wei mengirim banyak mata-mata untuk menyusup ke kerajaan Shu dan mencurinya. Chen Gong dan Xun Xu adalah mata-mata Shu yang telah menyusup ke kerajaan Wei selama bertahun-tahun. Setelah mengetahui rencana Wei, mereka memutuskan untuk bekerja secara terpisah untuk menghentikannya. Chen Gong terus tinggal di kerajaan Wei, sementara Xun Xu kembali ke kerajaan Shu untuk menyelidiki. Di tengah penyelidikan, Xun Xu menemukan pencuri busur – Mei Chong. Dia juga menemukan mata-mata yang sangat terampil bernama Zhu Long yang disergap di kerajaan Shu, yang sedang menunggu kesempatan untuk memulai rencana Qing Ping. Xun Xu menyusun skema untuk mengait Mei Chong, menggunakannya sebagai kesempatan untuk menghancurkan jaringan mata-mata di kerajaan Shu.
